We brought in Wejungo to our company to consult us on how we can hire the best people in our industry and then keep them. Being a small start-up business with only 27 employees we don’t have a lot of time, nor the knowledge of how to attract, hire and keep our best employees. They took the time to ask us the right questions in the beginning and then recommended the perfect talent management solutions based on our business goals. Susie strives to be a great asset to anyone she is involved with. Success oriented, focused, and attuned to detail, she gets the most out of your time and hers. A smart and practical observer of business situations, she can offer help in several ways. Sometimes the help comes in the form of her thoughtful, Socratic questions that bring out the solution that you have buried inside of you. I would say that my results with Susie would be on the scale somewhere between “amazing” and “unbelievable”. We achieved every goal that we set with Susie, and we now have a better understanding of where we want to go.

I was referred to Wejungo™ by a client who mentioned that we should talk with Susie about talent management and improving our hiring practices. I first thought “what the heck is talent management?” so I called them to find out. We have a very small HR department of 2 individuals and have not had great success with headhunters, but we needed to hire 5 new people in a 6 month period. We hired Wejungo beginning of 2014 for human resource planning – to help us re-structure and streamline our operations and HR department so that everything would work better after we experienced growth of 45% in the last 12 months.
