Our SMARTER HIRING workshop series is customized to meet your hiring challenges, culture and positions. We work with you ahead of time to understand what kind of challenges you’re facing around recruiting and interviewing talent, develop learning goals, and strategize how we can help motivate your hiring managers to do things differently.
We Build A Knowledge Bridge So Managers Will Learn:
- How to define what success will look like prior to recruiting, interviewing, and hiring so that Hiring Managers can create accurate, compelling job scopes.
- How to translate your job descriptions into specific behaviors and hiring criteria that will align interviewers on the success predictors for an open position.
- Validate past performance through proper interviewing so you can hire a top performer vs. a top candidate.
- How to conduct reliable and accurate phone interviews and screen culture-fit in the first conversation.
- How to set up a quality and structured interview process that is consistent across all hiring managers. A good hiring process with effective recruiting techniques, the right interviewers, focused on the right criteria, and an engaging experience.
- How to create and leverage not the most commonly practiced behavioral questions but instead learn how to create best-practice accomplishment-driven, situational and culture-fit questions to uncover evidence of depth of experience, knowledge, cognitive ability, motivators, past performance, and future potential – all predictors of future success.
- How to objectively evaluate candidates who align to your positions and culture.
- How to address judgments, unreliable gut feelings, and eliminate biases.
- How to write quality feedback that objectively/legally justifies your hiring decision.
- How to create a great candidate experience no matter what the outcome.
